In 2017, IMAA provided over 17,000 hours of clear, concise, accurate interpretation and translation. IMAA has over 25 years of proven experience to bridge the gap between cultural and linguistic barriers and create a sustainable impact in the Rochester community. Our interpreters are required to complete three hours of code ethics training, 12 hours of continuing education on medical terminology, and 40 hours of the National Program of The Community Interpreter. We interpret and translate in several areas including:
