IMAA is a non-profit organization that employs and contracts with diverse staff and interpreters. Most of IMAA’s staff and interpreters are first or second generation refugees and immigrants who work in jobs ranging from program management to direct service and interpreting.
Below are the current employment opportunities within IMAA.
Part-Time Family Mentor
IMAA is seeking one dedicated and compassionate Family Mentor to support refugee and immigrant new arrival families in navigating the education system and fostering academic success for their children.
Full-Time Community Health Worker
IMAA is seeking one Community Health Worker that works across cultures, within primary care, hospital, the Emergency Department, and community settings to promote health, healing ,and care. Services will be provided in Rochester.
