The IMAA Victim Services program provides culturally sensitive, bilingual direct service to refugee and immigrant victims of general crime. The victim service program is funded by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety-Office of Justice Programs.
We believe in treating each client with dignity and respect. We provide a welcoming, comfortable, and secure environment for all our clients who need help.

Established in 1988, through an amendment to the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) of 1984, the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is committed to enhancing the Nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and to providing leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime.
